ARMED BANK ROBBERS APPREHENDED

For Immediate Release

Denver : On Friday the 13th, the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force (RMSSTF) arrested two men and one woman for the bank robbery at the Key Bank, 2305 South Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO. The robbery occurred around 10 a.m. on Friday, June 13, 2008, when two masked robbers entered the bank and ordered everyone to the floor.  Both robbers vaulted the teller counter where they took cash and then fled the bank.  A third person drove the two masked robbers away from the scene in a blue sedan. The sedan was recovered a short time later by the Denver Police Department.

Investigation determined that Hashim Ubay Hasen, 35, Kevin L. Brown, 33, and Jeanie Daniels, 27, all of California , were responsible for the robbery and subsequently arrested. It is expected that Federal charges will be filed all three for bank robbery. The RMSSTF believes these three may be responsible for additional bank robberies and asks that anyone with information contact the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force at (303) 629-7171.
