The FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force has arrested the man they believe to be the SUPER SLOTH BANDIT. Earlier this afternoon, the members of the RMSSTF observed Jason Ruforgiate, 33 years old, wearing the same clothes worn during bank robberies at Compass Bank, 7375 Ralston Road, Arvada, Colorado, on July 2, 2008, and the Bank of the West, 12080 Colorado Boulevard, Thornton, Colorado, on July 24, 2008 and September 2, 2008. Ruforgiate was arrested without incident outside his residence in Commerce City and a gun was recovered.

Ruforgiate will be held at a Denver City jail tonight. It is expected that charges will be filed in the United States District Court for Bank Robbery by the United States Attorney's Office, District of Colorado.
