Federal Bureau of Investigation For Immediate Release The FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a serial bank robbery subject, nicknamed by Investigators as Bank Robber BOB. The subject is suspected of robbing at least six banks in the Denver Metro area as of today. The subject enters the victim bank and approaches a teller and passes a bank robbery demand note. The subject fled the bank with the stolen money and no get-away vehicle has been observed. The subject is suspected of robbing the following banks: -- September 9, 2008 BURLINGTON RAILROAD CREDIT UNION, 835 Newland St, Wheatridge, Colorado -- August 26, 2008 PREMIER MEMBERS CREDIT UNION, 680 East 120 th Avenue, Northglenn, Colorado. -- August 25, 2008 FIRST BANK located at 8280 South Holly Street, Centennial, Colorado. --August 23, 2008 TCF BANK located at 7206 North Federal, Westminster, Colorado --August 18, 2008 WELLS FARGO located 1955 South Sheridan, Denver, Colorado --August 14, 2008 WELLS FARGO located at 3900 Wadworth Boulevard, Wheat Ridge, Colorado The robber is generally described as: White Male Approximately 45 to 55 years of age Approximately 5’08” to 5’09” Average build He may be wearing a dark colored wig, sunglasses, baseball cap.
