FBI Press Release Federal Bureau of Investigation For Immediate Release Two Males Sought in Bank Robberies
The FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force is asking for the media’s assistance in getting information to the public requesting their assistance in identifying two individuals wanted in connection with four bank robberies. Please see the attached photographs obtained from bank surveillance cameras. The clothing in the photographs are distinctive and therefore we are hoping for any information the public can provide. Incident 1: Robbery Arvada police detectives are investigating a bank robbery occurring at TCF Bank occurring on October 20, 2007 at approximately 9:30 am. In this case, an armed robber leaped over the bank counter and took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene in a stolen vehicle. The suspect in this case donned a black afro wig for the heist. He was wearing blue jeans, a green camouflage jacket and gloves. Incident 2: Attempt Robbery Earlier in the day at 9:15 am on October 20, the same suspect apparently entered a Wakovia bank in Wheat Ridge and demanded cash from a teller; however, no money was obtained at this location. Incident 3: Robbery Westminster police are investigating a similar robbery occurring at the TCF bank at 72 nd and Federal Blvd. on November 28 at approximately 11:30 am. In this case, two suspects entered the bank and leaped over the counter and took an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspects in this crime wore hoodies. Incident 4: Robbery Broomfield Police are investigating a robbery occurring on December 3 at approximately 5:50 pm at the TCF Bank located at 4100 West 144 th Avenue which is similar to the crimes listed above. The FB is offering a substantial reward for any information leading to the arrest and/ or indictment of these individuals.
